AEC tighten up commercial processes and drive sales with M4B’s Salesforce implementation.

The Brief

Airborne Environmental Consultants are a privately owned company providing a wide array of services including the safe removal of asbestos and legionella. Additionally they also provide training and development services in these sectors.

AEC were looking to streamline the way that they provided customers with quotes and proposals. As a National company that was seeing growth year on year, they saw Salesforce as the platform to allow them to continue to sustain growth through improving processes.

As their preferred implementation partner, we worked extremely closely with AECs Head of Commercial Services Ian Andrews in order to fully understand their Sales cycle. Once we had a thorough understanding, we were able to create a project implementation map with all the key functionality and requirements AEC were looking for.

Some of these requirements included:

Data mapping (from excel sheets), Data mining / cleaning, Lead scoring mechanisms, Permissions based on user and geographical location, Importation of all products into Salesforce, Bespoke and dynamic proposal template, Reports & dashboards and Forecasting.
